A leading caregiver support brand engaged our team to create a conversational assistant that helps families navigate eldercare needs with personalized, locality-aware guidance. The solution streamlines discovery of nearby services and programs—such as medical providers, social services, housing options, and community activities—by translating open-ended caregiver concerns into actionable next steps tailored to location and context.

Beyond recommendations, the assistant guides users to the client’s existing ecosystem of educational content and curated products, helping caregivers move from questions to decisions. A secure account experience, conversation history, and in‑product feedback loops make the tool practical for repeat use and continuous improvement over time.

Client Challenges

Caregivers face fragmented information, variable resource quality, and time pressure—especially when coordinating across health, safety, and social needs. The client needed a single, trustworthy entry point that could triage issues through a natural conversation, surface relevant local options with context, and elevate the most helpful content and products. Internally, they sought straightforward administration tools to manage users, content, and recommendations within a clear quality and launch process.

Solutions

We delivered in phases to reduce risk and accelerate value. The initial milestone focused on an MVP that combined guided conversational intake with location-aware resource discovery and a secure user experience, including account creation and session history. Subsequent enhancements expanded operational control—adding content management, product curation, analytics on resource engagement, optional educational video integration, and simple ingestion of first‑party provider lists to complement public directories. The implementation followed established privacy, security, and acceptance practices to ensure reliability at launch and maintainability thereafter.

Results

The assistant now provides caregivers with clear, local, and actionable recommendations while connecting them with the client’s most relevant content and offerings. Operational teams can maintain and evolve resources and guidance without engineering intervention, and the built‑in feedback mechanisms support ongoing improvements. The result meets the defined acceptance criteria for usability, reliability, and security, positioning the client to scale impact for caregivers while retaining editorial and operational control over the experience.
